The 2011 State Solo Championships were held at Prince Alfred College this weekend, and two sections were won by representatives of Enfield Brass!
First-time competitor Chloe Higgins won the Junior Eb Bass championship, scoring an impressive 94 points. The 18-year old also placed third in the Open E-flat Bass section.
Shayne Tarling won the Open Percussion championship, scoring 85 points.
